• Member of three Easterns Team Championships
• Member of 2005 NISCA High School National Championship Team
• Earned High School All-America honors 12 times
• Served as team captain for 2006-07
• Four-year varsity letterwinner at University of Virginia
• Member of the four-time UVA ACC Championship Team
• Named Atlantic Coast Conference individual champion three times (2008, 2009, 2011) 
• Four-time NCAA All-American Honorable Mention Selection
• Named NCAA and ACC Academic All-American in 2011
• Held ACC and ACC meet record in the 400 IM 
• Served as UVA’s captain in 2011
• Qualified for US Nationals from 2005-2011 and Olympic Trials in 2008    

Post-College:
• Traveled to Vietnam to promote the need for higher education through sports in developing countries
• Returned to Germantown Academy in the fall of 2011 to help teach the swimming PE curriculum for students in PreK-10th grades. Helped coach the Patriots from 2012-2016
• Completed a 14-Month Accelerated Nursing Program and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova in 2017
